Monique from Koh Samui, ThailandThat's one great sky, beautiful composition with the silhouettes of the trees! 21 Sep 2009 5:13am MrsAmber from West Wickham, United KingdomOh yes...this is an awesome shot. Looks like there is a beam in the middle going straight up (to the aliens?). It's a fantastic sunset! 21 Sep 2009 6:56am Judy from Brooksville, Florida, United StatesWonderful color and just look at that sunbeam ... beautiful! 21 Sep 2009 11:13am Leena from Joensuu, FinlandJust wonderful and special with those peaking sunbeams. 21 Sep 2009 12:15pm Betty from Phillipsburg, United StatesBeautiful, warm sky! Excellent capture of the sunbeams! 21 Sep 2009 2:41pm Tony Duque from Raleigh, United StatesSimply a wonderful shot, Liners! Very special tones of orange and mauve (?). Love the way the scattering takes the edge off the blues at the top. Agreed: the skies are peculiar... but only in the sense that such rays are somewhat rare. Good eye, as always, to see the potential and capture it. Thanks for sharing your good fortune and skills with us! 21 Sep 2009 3:11pm dobbino from Cape Town, South AfricaLovely warm colours - and that light beam really is unusual. Great capture. 21 Sep 2009 7:26pm Anina from Auckland, New ZealandBeautiful shot!!! I love the tones and silhouettes. Well done 21 Sep 2009 9:34pm Susan from Fort Lauderdale, FL, United StatesWonderful shot of that beautiful sky..... 21 Sep 2009 10:12pm dj.tigersprout from New York City, United Statesooh -- this is just heavenly Liners!!! like a delicious tropical fruit punch!!! if only we could drink the sky!!! :) YUM!! 21 Sep 2009 11:28pm jamesy from christchurch, New Zealandbeautiful Liners it looks like it has a beam me up Scotty light beam right in the middle 21 Sep 2009 11:59pm Twelvebit from Victoria, United StatesThere's nothing peculiar about that. That vertical strip of light, center, is the exhaust plume of an alien spacecraft. From the look of it, I'd say they overcompensated for meson flux when they crossed the event horizon. 22 Sep 2009 10:54pm MadScientist from Düsseldorf, GermanyShot in UK?! Amazing, looks like a Pacific sky to me! 28 Sep 2009 11:52am |
