This is my first ever half decent moon shot (pardon the pun)! Still not as clear as I would like but I'm still pretty chuffed with it:-)

Welcome Back!....Good grief...what an excellent shot. How have you got so close! Did you have to stand on a chair? Brilliant. Do you remember last time you were here we had a Moon Eclipse? I tried taking a pic and it was just a white half-blob! So very well done!

A splendid shot. The side info says a Sony was used, is this correct? Are you sure it wasn't a Hubble?

Good attempt, Liner! I didn't know you were ill. By the way, I don't get the pun with "moon shot"?
My advice for you to get clear captures of the moon is to use the smaller aperture you can (f16 or f22) and fix your cam on a tripod.

Momtaz from ESFAHAN, Iran

nice framing thanks.

Really cool shot! Have you been inmidst the city or outdoors? Atmospheric turbulences are every bit as difficult to handle with as the sheer distance to the moon is.
