Elephant Rocks

Posted by Linerberry (Christchurch, New Zealand) on 27 November 2008 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

On the way down south we came across the Elephant Rocks , weathered sculptured remains of limestone rock.
The rocks are also the site of many fossils, including an ancient whale. In 2005 they were used as the backdrop to the Walt Disney film Chronicals of Narnia
Hay Helly Woo, do you remember trying to hide amongst the Elephants? LOL!!
