Lupins in Southland

The next few days are a small account of a trip down to the Catlins in the very south of the South Island when Helly Woo came to visit this time last year...hope you're watching mate:-):-)The lupins are a great asset to this area and a lot of NZ to revitalise the land...great for us lupin lovers too:-)

"SILLY TUESDAY ANNOUNCEMENT"

Due to the Festive Season and Folks being busy, and hopefully silly, SILLY TUESDAY will return to full service on the 12th January 2010.
Until then...keep up the Silliness that has become Tuesday and keep thinking Silly thoughts as you take those Christmas and New Year shots!!!

@Kylie Greenan: My goodness Kyles...if you have never seen Lupins then I have to insist that you come over to see them in all their glory!! They are amazing and the variety of colours in one place will blow you away!!! My friend came over last year and loved the lupins...see Lupin Fairy It was of course Helly Woo!

Beautiful shot! I love the variety of colors. Lupine are one of my favorite plants. I had some in a previous garden and they were quite cheerful to see as I walked in the house.
