On the 5th floor where I work this is the splendid sight that greets myself and my colleagues in the morning! The River Avon flowing gently through the morning mist in the Botanical Gardens. Whilst to the left Christchurch City starts so wake.......... .
Don't forget****** "Silly Tuesday" ******where you can post anything that is silly, funny, daft or just makes you laugh!!!
Its a family affair.....

Oh Liners I think this is my favourite out of all your photos so far! The colours are just gorgeous - such warm oranges and yellows and lovely rich greens. You captured this perfectly, I particularly like the reflections in the river. I'm trying to picture which part of the city you must work in - is it near Hagley Park/The Gardens?

Great photo Liners. picks up the early morning light beautifully after Kylie posted her photo I thought that I might do the same well I still might I bleieve we have one of the best views in Chch

what beautiful spring colors, I love the faint traces of fog or mist, and the reflections in the Avon, so beautiful
and to be honest envious the view from my work wiindow is of built up Queens across the river and to make it even worse I huge Pepsi sign which is frustrating as a coke fan LOL

@JJ: Thanks JJ! Sorry about your view....I have to say its one of the attractions of working on the ward that I do, I have thought of moving jobs and then just couldn't bare the thought of losing the view!!!!

Simply marvellous! Like the others I was thinking this was an autumn photo, but not only do you have this fine view but also you have spring. I don't repeat my quote from yesterday that I'm envious.

What a beautiful view, Liners. I'd find it hard to work there, though, I'd spend too much time staring out the window!
