Shades of the Sea

"SILLY TUESDAY ANNOUNCEMENT"

Due to the Festive Season and Folks being busy, and hopefully silly, SILLY TUESDAY will return to full service on the 12th January 2010.
Until then...keep up the Silliness that has become Tuesday and keep thinking Silly thoughts as you take those Christmas and New Year shots!!!

Such pretty shades of jade Liners, it really is amazing the colour water can take on isn't it. I love this image as green's are my favourite colour and against the soft and pale blue sky, this is fabulous! Really pretty my friend!

what a wonderfully expansive view! marvelous colors in this semi turbulent current here -- love all the different muddy shades! and that sky is sublime!!

I like that the wide angle of this image suggests a curvature of the earth at the horizon; it's beautifully done.

@Viewfinder: Ahhh, if only it was taken with a wide angle lense! As it wasn't does that mean that I really have captured the curvature of the earth???
